Responsible for leading the sales and marketing function, developing domestic and export markets, achieving revenue and profitability targets, acquiring new customers, managing key accounts, conducting market and competitor analysis, developing pricing strategies, leading the marketing team, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable business growth.
