Position Summary
The Sales \& Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the Sales \& Marketing function, driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales and marketing initiatives, and enhancing the brand presence of Nilamber Group. The role involves managing sales operations, digital and offline marketing campaigns, customer acquisition, channel partner relationships, and ensuring the successful sale of residential and commercial real estate projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Management
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize productivity and performance.
- Monitor sales pipeline, customer inquiries, site visits, bookings, and collections.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers, channel partners, and real estate brokers.
- Conduct negotiations and close high\-value property transactions.
- Ensure timely preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.
Marketing Management
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and social media platforms.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies and vendors for promotional activities.
- Develop branding strategies to enhance Nilamber Group's market presence.
- Organize project launches, exhibitions, customer engagement programs, and promotional events.
- Monitor marketing campaign effectiveness and optimize return on investment (ROI).
- Manage the company's website, digital campaigns, and lead generation initiatives.
Business Development
- Identify new market opportunities and business growth strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business decisions.
- Strengthen relationships with channel partners and strategic alliances.
- Recommend pricing, promotional schemes, and sales strategies based on market trends.
Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure a superior customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal departments for timely issue resolution.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management is preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience in Real Estate Sales \& Marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proven experience in achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and lead generation.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and decision\-making skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.
- Excellent customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in residential and commercial real estate sales.
- Strong understanding of the Vadodara real estate market.
- Established network of channel partners and real estate brokers.
- Experience managing premium or luxury real estate projects.
Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
