About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, confident, and result\-oriented Sales \& Marketing Executive who can help grow the business by generating leads, acquiring new customers, building business relationships, and implementing marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a sales\-oriented mindset, and an interest in marketing and business development.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• *Sales Responsibilities**

• Identify and approach potential customers and business clients.
• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
• Present and explain company products and services to prospective customers.
• Convert potential leads into paying customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Follow up with prospective customers regularly to close sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
• Prepare daily sales reports and maintain customer databases.

• *Marketing Responsibilities**

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Promote company products and services through online and offline channels.
• Identify new marketing opportunities and potential target audiences.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate promotional activities, events, and brand awareness campaigns.
• Support social media marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Develop strategies to attract new customers and increase brand visibility.
• Monitor marketing campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Skills \& Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel for field visits and client meetings.
• Target\-oriented and enthusiastic about business growth.

Preferred Candidate

• Graduate in any discipline (BBA/MBA in Marketing preferred).
• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can apply.
• Candidates with prior sales, marketing, or business development experience will be preferred.
