Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented Sales \& Operations Manager with a strong background in the tiles industry. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in managing sales operations, leading and motivating a team, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth day\-to\-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Manage daily showroom and operational activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, contractors, architects, and builders.
• Monitor sales performance, customer enquiries, follow\-ups, and order processing.
• Ensure proper inventory management, stock availability, and coordination with suppliers.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor team performance, assign responsibilities, and conduct regular reviews.
• Coordinate with purchase, accounts, warehouse, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Prepare and submit regular sales and operational performance reports to management.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for business growth.

Required Qualifications \& Skills

• Minimum 5\+ years of experience in the tiles industry.
• Proven experience in sales and operations management.
• Strong team leadership and people management skills.
• Good knowledge of tiles, sanitaryware, and related building materials.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer\-handling skills.
• Ability to manage sales targets and operational responsibilities.
• Strong decision\-making, problem\-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and sales/ERP software will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with previous experience as a Sales Manager, Showroom Manager, or Sales \& Operations Manager in the tiles industry.
• Must have experience leading and managing a sales team.
• Should be target\-oriented, proactive, and capable of independently handling business operations.
