Sales and Operations Manager

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and admissions.
• Drive student enrollments and manage lead conversion.
• Generate and nurture franchise leads to support business expansion.
• Coordinate admission drives, events, and promotional activities.
• Support franchise centers with marketing and admissions initiatives.
• Collaborate with agencies and internal teams for campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance, admissions, and lead reports.

• *REQUIREMENTS**

• Minimum **5–12 years** of experience in marketing, admissions, or business development, preferably in the **education, healthcare, or training sector.**
• Experience in **franchise marketing or partner acquisition** will be an added advantage.
• Proven track record of managing digital and offline marketing campaigns, lead generation, and admission drives.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹70,000\.00 per month
