• *About the Role**

We are looking for an organized and customer\-focused **Sales and Service Coordinator** to manage service operations, schedule maintenance requests, and act as the primary point of contact between our customers, technical teams, and field service staff. In this role, you will ensure efficient workflow scheduling, timely response to service inquiries, and accurate maintenance record\-keeping.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Sales \& Service Scheduling \& Dispatch:** Coordinate and schedule service appointments, routine maintenance, and repair calls for customers and internal machinery.
• **Customer Communication:** Handle service inquiries, provide updates on repair statuses, and address customer complaints or queries professionally.
• **Work Order Management:** Generate job cards, track service requests from initiation to completion, and ensure proper documentation in the system.
• **Spare Parts \& Inventory Coordination:** Coordinate with the store and parts department to ensure necessary spare parts and tools are available for scheduled services.
• **Technician Allocation:** Assign tasks to service engineers and mechanics based on priority, expertise, and availability.
• **Billing \& Reporting:** Prepare service reports, compile daily logs, and assist with invoicing and warranty claims documentation.

• *Requirements \& Qualifications**

• **Experience:** Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in service coordination, customer support, or workshop administration (experience in automotive, machinery, or engineering sectors is preferred).
• **Education:** Higher Secondary (12th) or Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
• **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in computer operations (MS Office/Excel) and familiarity with CRM or ERP software.
• **Soft Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem\-solving abilities, and a customer\-first attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
