Sales Assistant

• *Position:** Sales \& Marketing Executive
• *Company:** KMT Springs \& Stampings Pvt. Ltd.
• *Location:** MIDC, Jalgaon, Maharashtra
• *Salary:** ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month
• *Qualification:** Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical) preferred
• *Experience:** 1–3 years preferred

• *Job Responsibilities:**

• Develop new customers in automotive and industrial sectors.
• Generate business leads from OEMs and Tier\-1 suppliers.
• Handle customer inquiries, RFQs, quotations, and follow\-ups.
• Coordinate with internal departments for customer requirements.
• Maintain customer databases and sales reports.
• Achieve business development and sales targets.

• *Required Skills:**

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of B2B sales and customer relationship management.
• Manufacturing or automotive industry experience preferred.
