Sales Associate – International Sales USA

• *About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results\-driven Sales Associate to drive sales of ERP solutions and related business services in the USA market for our brand name Fincent. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in ERP software sales, IT services sales, or SaaS sales targeting US\-based clients. The role requires expertise in lead generation, consultative selling, client relationship management, and closing deals.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the USA market through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, networking or any other cost effective and professional modes.
• Prospect and engage decision\-makers including Business Owners, CEOs, CFOs, Controllers \& Finance Managers etc.
• Understand customer business processes and recommend appropriate ERP and business solutions plans.
• Schedule and conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and submit proposal to client.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
• Negotiate commercial terms and ensure successful deal closures.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and identify upselling and cross\-selling opportunities.
• Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities within the ERP ecosystem.

• *Required Qualifications**

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in ERP software sales, SaaS sales, or IT services sales targeting the USA market.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills.

• *Preferred Skills**

• Knowledge of the US SMB and Mid\-Market business landscape.
• Strong consultative and solution\-selling approach.
• Familiarity with outbound sales methodologies and account\-based selling.
• Strong understanding of ERP modules.
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently during US business hours.

Pay: ₹600,000\.00 \- ₹800,000\.00 per year
