We are looking for energetic, confident and result\-oriented Sales \& Business Development Executives who can generate new business opportunities, acquire clients and build long\-term business relationships.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Acquire new clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails and meetings.
• Connect with artists, brands, corporate clients, event organizers and production houses.
• Understand client requirements, budgets and project timelines.
• Prepare and coordinate customized business proposals and quotations.
• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into paying customers.
• Build relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.
• Maintain daily sales reports, lead records and follow\-up updates.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Confident and professional personality.
• Strong negotiation and follow\-up abilities.
• Customer relationship management skills.
• Target\-oriented and self\-motivated attitude.
• Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
• Basic computer and MS Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.

• *Experience**

Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Candidates with experience in sales, business development, telecalling, client acquisition, advertising, media, entertainment or event management will be preferred.
