Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Business development executive to

join our growing team. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by

identifying and securing new business opportunities. Your goal will be to develop strong relationships

with clients, understand their needs, and create tailored solutions that benefit both parties.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead Generation \& Prospecting

 Client Relationship Management

 Sales Presentations \& Negotiations

 Sales Reporting

Qualifications

 Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.

 Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and tools.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Self\-motivated, goal\-oriented, and able to work independently.

 Ability to analyze market trends and client needs.

 Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

 Experience in B2B, preferably Engineering / Manufacturing sectors.

 Well versed with Digital search Field experience is must

 A track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

· Experience 1 to 3 years

· Qualification: Any Diploma

· Candidates from Manufacturing /Engineering sector / experience in Air Compressor / Paint

manufacturing / Bearing manufacturing industries may apply. We are looking to hire people with

experience in industries similar to Kaeser compressors, Chicago Pneumatic Compressors, Ingersoll Rand,

Dresser Rand for compressors. SKF Bearings, FAG, NRB for bearings. Also experience with dealers /

suppliers of Flat Belt, Rubber Belts, Motor pulleys, pumps will be considered.

· CTC \- 50K\-70K monthly

· Work from home / Office / Visits in Client locations
