Sales / Business Development

• *Location:** Grant Road, Mumbai
• *Timings:** 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
• *Experience:** 2–3 years in sales (any industry). Electronics experience is an added advantage.
• *Salary:** ₹\[20,000 to 50,000] per month fixed, plus performance incentive

• *About the role**

We are looking for a confident communicator with sales experience to grow our customer base for electronic components and semiconductors. You will approach business customers, handle enquiries, close orders and build long\-term relationships. Product training will be provided.

• *Key responsibilities**

• Generate leads and win new business customers (OEMs, manufacturers, traders)
• Handle customer enquiries and send quotations on time
• Follow up, negotiate and close orders
• Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business
• Coordinate with the stores and accounts teams on stock, dispatch, invoicing and payment collection
• Keep enquiry and customer records updated in Excel or a CRM
• Send a weekly report of calls, visits, quotations and orders
• Meet monthly sales targets

• *Required skills**

• 2–3 years of sales experience in any industry, with targets achieved
• **Excellent communication** in English, Hindi and Marathi, in person, on the phone and in email
• Confident, polite and persuasive with customers
• Good follow\-up and negotiation skills
• Working knowledge of Excel, email and WhatsApp Business
• Willingness to learn technical products

• *Good to have (not mandatory)**

• Experience selling electronic components, semiconductors or industrial products
• Existing network of buyers or purchase managers
• Knowledge of GST invoicing and quotations
