Sales Co-ordinator

• Handle incoming customer calls, WhatsApp and email enquiries.
• Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
• Coordinate with field sales executives and Area Sales Managers.
• Prepare quotations and process customer orders.
• Maintain customer details and sales records.
• Follow up on pending orders and customer payments.
• Coordinate with accounts, dispatch and logistics departments.
• Provide product information, pricing and sales support.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare daily sales and follow\-up reports.
• Follow up for outstanding collections

Pay: ₹11,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
