Job Title: Sales Coordinator – Loan Department

Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator will support the loan sales team by coordinating sales activities, managing customer documentation, tracking loan applications, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, sales executives, and lending partners. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales executives and customers regarding loan applications.
- Maintain and update customer and lead databases.
- Collect, verify, and process loan\-related documents.
- Track loan application status and provide regular updates to customers and management.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal departments for loan processing.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure timely submission of loan files and documentation.
- Follow up with customers for pending documents and application requirements.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
- Maintain accurate records of disbursements, approvals, and rejections.
- Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, loan processing, BFSI, or financial services.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Knowledge of loan products such as Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, LAP, etc.
- Strong coordination and follow\-up skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good analytical and documentation skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Banking, NBFC, Fintech, DSA, or Loan Distribution companies.
- Familiarity with CRM software and loan management systems.

- Loan file processing turnaround time.
- Accuracy of documentation.
- Customer satisfaction and response time.
- Sales team support efficiency.
- Number of successful loan disbursements coordinated.
