Sales Co-ordinator

• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a responsible and detail\-oriented **Sales Coordinator – Wholesale Operations** to manage sales order processing, distributor coordination, sales MIS, billing follow\-up, dispatch tracking, and sales support activities. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating between the sales team, distributors, warehouse, logistics, IT, and internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.

• *Roles and Responsibilities**

• Create and process sales orders to distributors.
• Handle primary sales planning, share plans with concerned teams, and follow up for confirmations.
• Prepare and maintain Wholesale Sales MIS reports.
• Coordinate ASM commission calculations, approvals, and related follow\-ups.
• Prepare and process admin incentives for RF Distributors, Trustworth, and PVS Associates.
• Provide sales support to the sales team and distributors.
• Manage order processing and regular follow\-up until completion.
• Coordinate billing and dispatch activities with the concerned departments.
• Check and coordinate stock availability before order confirmation and dispatch.
• Monitor target vs achievement for distributors and executives.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for smooth dispatch and delivery.
• Track invoices, LR details, and delivery updates.
• Prepare primary and secondary sales targets distributor\-wise and executive\-wise.
• Update targets and related sales information to all distributors and executives.
• Attend customer care calls and support in resolving sales\-related queries.
• Handle shop approval in Sellerware and coordinate IT\-related support whenever required.
• Prepare and maintain the dispatch register.
• Create new parties/customers in SAP and maintain proper records.
• Maintain accurate documentation of orders, invoices, dispatches, targets, and sales reports.

Pay: ₹17,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
