Job Description – Sales Consultant

• *Location:** Andheri West, Mumbai
• *Salary:** Up to ₹40,000 \+ Incentives
• *Working Days:** Monday to Saturday
• *Working Hours:** 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Understand Hair Transplant Treatments, procedures and their benefits.
• Generate leads through outbound calls, walk\-in enquiries and other sources.
• Contact potential patients and explain consultation services.
• Conduct face\-to\-face consultations with walk\-in patients to understand their requirements.
• Explain treatment options, pricing and benefits to prospective patients.
• Understand patient concerns, handle queries and guide them towards suitable treatments.
• Follow up with interested patients and convert enquiries into confirmed appointments and treatment sales.
• Maintain regular communication with potential patients through calls and emails.
• Maintain lead records and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1\+ year of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Outbound Sales or Pre\-Sales.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong sales pitching, negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Experience in face\-to\-face customer interaction will be an advantage.
• Confident personality with a positive and customer\-focused approach.
• Ability to generate leads, handle enquiries and close sales.
