We are looking for an **Sales Consultant** who can help us expand our Offerwall business across the European market.
This is not a generic sales role. We need someone who understands the **mobile app, gaming, ad monetization, user acquisition, and performance marketing ecosystem** and can speak confidently with publishers, app developers, gaming studios, and growth teams.
You will be responsible for identifying high\-potential partners, opening conversations, building relationships, and converting them into long\-term business opportunities for our Offerwall product.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline for the **Europe market** across gaming apps, utility apps, fintech apps, reward apps, and other mobile\-first businesses.
- Identify publishers and app companies that can benefit from Offerwall monetization.
- Reach out to decision\-makers including founders, growth heads, monetization leads, UA managers, and partnership teams.
- Pitch Offerwall as a revenue and engagement solution, not just another ad format.
- Understand client use cases around non\-paying users, rewarded traffic, retention, revenue uplift, and user engagement.
- Run discovery calls, product walkthroughs, negotiations, and follow\-ups independently.
- Work closely with internal product, account management, and monetization teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success.
- Track market feedback, competitor insights, objections, pricing expectations, and product gaps from European clients.
- Maintain clean CRM hygiene with updated pipeline stage, next steps, call notes, and closure probability.
- *What We’re Looking For**
- 3\+ years of experience in **B2B sales, partnerships, business development, or client acquisition** in the mobile advertising / ad\-tech / gaming / app monetization space.
- Strong understanding of **Offerwall, rewarded ads, performance marketing, CPI/CPE/CPA campaigns, or mobile app monetization**.
- Prior experience selling to or partnering with clients in the **Europe market**.
- Ability to build conversations with senior stakeholders without needing heavy handholding.
- Comfortable with cold outreach, follow\-ups, consultative selling, and negotiation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain business value clearly.
- Good understanding of publisher\-side challenges: low ARPU users, monetization gaps, engagement drops, and revenue diversification.
- Comfortable working in a fast\-paced startup environment where structure may evolve as the market scales.
- Existing network with European gaming studios, app publishers, reward apps, or ad networks.
- Experience with mobile gaming monetization, affiliate campaigns, or rewarded user acquisition.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar sales/CRM platforms.
- Understanding of GDPR\-sensitive sales conversations and European business communication standards.
- Qualified pipeline generated from Europe market.
- Number of relevant publisher/app partnerships initiated.
- Demo\-to\-conversion ratio.
- Revenue generated from closed accounts.
- Quality of CRM updates and follow\-up discipline.
- Market insights shared with product and leadership teams.
