Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

Gearlinc Systems is a leading manufacturer of high\-quality gearboxes. We are looking for an energetic, organized, and detail\-oriented **Sales Coordinator** to support our sales team and ensure smooth day\-to\-day operations. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact between our clients, sales representatives, and internal manufacturing/dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities

• **Customer Service \& Inquiries:** Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat; provide accurate product and pricing information to clients.
• **Order Processing:** Receive sales orders, verify details, enter them into the system, and coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery.
• **Quotation \& Documentation:** Prepare accurate price quotations, proforma invoices, purchase orders, and sales reports.
• **Follow\-ups:** Follow up with clients regarding pending payments, quotations, order status, and feedback.
• **Data Maintenance:** Maintain and update daily sales records, customer databases, and reports using MS Excel / CRM tools.
• **Internal Coordination:** Work closely with the production, accounts, and dispatch departments to resolve order\-related issues and ensure seamless execution.

Requirements \& Skills

• **Experience:** 1 to 3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Customer Service Representative, or Back\-office Executive (Experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or industrial background is a strong plus).
• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Mechanical/Industrial background or diploma will be preferred).
• **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel and Word) and professional email etiquette.
• **Soft Skills:** Strong multi\-tasking abilities, problem\-solving mindset, and keen attention to detail.

Salary \& Benefits

• **Salary:** Best in industry (Negotiable based on experience and interview performance).

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
