• *Location:** Thermax Chowk, above Kotak Bank, MIDC, Chinchwad, Pimpri\-Chinchwad, Pune, Maharashtra 411019

• *Reports To:** Sales Manager / Regional Manager

• *Job Purpose:**

To support the sales team in daily operations, including preparing quotations, coordinating with clients, and assisting in field and office activities to achieve business targets.

• *Qualifications:**

• Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: B.E (Mechanical/Electrical related field)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email communication

• *Experience:**

• 2 to 3 years of experience in **sales coordination**, **quotation preparation**, or **field sales**
• Experience in **industrial / corporate sales** preferred

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and invoices to clients
• Coordinate with the sales team and customers for order follow\-ups and deliveries
• Handle client queries and maintain strong customer relationships
• Assist in field visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations as required
• Maintain sales reports, databases, and documentation
• Support management with data analysis, sales forecasting, and daily updates
• Ensure timely communication between internal departments (sales, accounts, logistics, etc.)

• *Languages Known:**

English, Hindi, Marathi

• *Salary Range:**

As per industry standards / based on experience

• *Joining Requirement:**

Immediate to 15 days

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹200,000\.00 \- ₹300,000\.00 per year
