Job Responsibilities

1\. Schedule order dispatch and maintain records.

2\. Verify orders as per the party’s current closing stock.

3\. Collect, update, and monitor the month\-end closing stock of all super stockists and direct parties.

4\. Collect, update, and monitor the month\-end market outstandings of all super stockists and direct parties.

5\. Pitch suitable products for sale against new orders received from parties.

6\. Maintain sales representative communication logs and remarks.

7\. Review sales representative performance as per the given format.

• *Mandatory Requirements**

• Candidate must have practical experience in **preparing and maintaining trackers, and data analysis.**
• Good understanding of **Excel formulas, sorting/filtering, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, AND Functions , OR Functions**
• Excellent communication skills in **English \& Hindi**.
• Strong follow\-up and coordination skills.
• Interest and ability to learn on the job.

Graduate in any discipline.
