Key Roles \& Responsibilities
1\. Business Development \& Sales
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the EV and automotive sectors.
Generate leads through market research, networking, referrals, and industry events.
Convert prospects into customers and achieve sales targets.
2\. Customer \& Client Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier\-1/Tier\-2 suppliers, dealers, distributors, and fleet operators.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product or service solutions.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and long\-term business relationships.
3\. Market Research \& Analysis
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in EV and automotive markets.
Analyze market demands and identify growth opportunities.
Prepare market intelligence reports for management.
4\. Dealer \& Channel Partner Development
Identify, appoint, and support new dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
Strengthen existing dealer networks and improve sales performance.
Conduct product presentations and training sessions for partners.
5\. Product Promotion \& Marketing Support
Promote automotive and EV products, components, charging solutions, batteries, and related services.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, roadshows, and customer meetings.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns.
6\. Proposal \& Contract Management
Prepare business proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.
Support the closure of business agreements and purchase orders.
7\. Cross\-Functional Coordination
Work closely with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams to meet customer requirements.
Coordinate product development and project execution activities when required.
8\. Reporting \& Documentation
Maintain CRM records and sales pipelines.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business development reports.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business growth metrics.
Required Skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Understanding of EV technologies, automotive components, and vehicle systems.
Knowledge of OEM and supplier business processes.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.
Preferred Qualification
MBA (Marketing) / BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related fields.
2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing within the EV or Automotive industry.
Pay: ₹300,000\.00 \- ₹600,000\.00 per year
