Job Description
- Handle **incoming leads** (calls, emails, web enquiries) and assign them to the appropriate sales executive
- Follow up with sales executives for **status updates on leads**
- Prepare and send **quotations and proforma invoices** to clients
- Maintain and update the **sales CRM / Excel tracker** with lead progress and outcomes
- Coordinate with the **production, accounts, and logistics teams** to track order status
- Respond to client queries regarding machines, pricing, delivery timelines, etc.
- Draft client\-facing communication, follow\-up emails, and basic proposal documents
Job Type: Full\-time
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹50,987\.19 per month
