Manager – Marketing / Head – Sales \& Marketing
· B.E. / B.Tech. / Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Production, Metallurgy, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
· B.Com., B.Sc. or equivalent graduates with relevant industrial sales experience may also be considered.
· Additional certification in Sales, Marketing, CRM, Export Documentation or Business Development will be an advantage.
· 1 to 5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Technical Sales, Proposal Engineering, Tendering or Business Development.
· Experience in Process Equipment Manufacturing, Fabrication Industry, EPC Companies, Engineering Products, Industrial Equipment, Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Columns, Tanks, or related sectors will be preferred.
· Coordinate with clients, consultants, EPC contractors and end\-users for RFQs, enquiries and tender submissions.
· Prepare and submit techno\-commercial quotations under the guidance of the Reporting Manager.
· Maintain enquiry, quotation and order tracking records.
· Follow up with clients regarding quotation status, technical clarifications and commercial discussions.
· Coordinate with Estimation, Design, Production and Purchase departments for obtaining information required for proposal preparation.
· Prepare and submit bids on GeM, CPP Portal and other Government procurement portals.
· Track tender opportunities relevant to the company’s products and services.
· Ensure timely submission of all required documents and compliance requirements.
· Identify potential customers, consultants, EPC companies and industrial projects.
· Support vendor registration activities with new and existing clients.
· Maintain customer databases and update contact information.
· Assist in generating appointments for introductory meetings, presentations and plant visits.
· Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, conferences and networking activities.
· Maintain regular communication with customers through email, phone calls and virtual meetings.
· Record all customer interactions, enquiries and follow\-up actions.
· Assist in resolving customer queries and coordinating internal responses.
· Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
· Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, orders, customer visits and registration status.
· Update CRM systems, Excel trackers and sales dashboards.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent written and verbal English communication.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
· Knowledge of CRM software will be an added advantage.
· Ability to understand engineering drawings, datasheets and technical specifications.
· Strong organizational and follow\-up skills.
· Ability to handle multiple enquiries and deadlines simultaneously.

The position provides critical support to the Sales \& Marketing team by managing enquiries, quotations, tender submissions, customer communication, vendor registrations and business development activities. The role acts as a bridge between customers and internal departments to ensure timely responses, improved customer engagement and growth in business opportunities.
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
