Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced **Sales Back Office Executive** with strong knowledge of sales coordination, order booking, order processing, MIS reporting, and customer support. The ideal candidate must have hands\-on experience in **Advanced Excel and SAP ERP**, preferably within the engineering or manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end sales order processing and order booking activities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Finance teams for timely order execution.
• Prepare MIS reports, sales reports, and business dashboards using Advanced Excel.
• Handle customer queries, order status updates, and sales documentation.
• Generate quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other commercial documents.
• Maintain customer orders, delivery details, and sales transactions in SAP ERP.
• Track pending orders and coordinate timely dispatch and delivery.
• Support sales forecasting, monthly reporting, and management analysis.
• Ensure accuracy of sales data and maintain proper records.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• 7–10\+ years of experience in Sales Back Office, Sales Coordination, or Sales Administration.
• Strong hands\-on experience in **Advanced Excel**.
• Good working knowledge of **SAP ERP**.
• Experience in order booking, sales order processing, and MIS reporting.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with high accuracy.
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is preferred.
