About Program Insider

Program Insider is a platform that helps International Medical Graduates (IMGs), especially Indian medical graduates, achieve their dream of securing a US Residency Match.

We provide data\-driven residency program shortlisting, application guidance, personal statement editing, clinical rotation guidance, and other residency match support services.

We are looking for motivated and confident Sales Executives / Education Counselors who can connect with aspiring medical graduates, understand their requirements, and guide them towards the right services.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Understand students' USMLE and Residency Match goals.
• Explain Program Insider's services, packages, and benefits.
• Counsel students and recommend suitable services based on their requirements.
• Follow up with interested leads and convert them into customers.
• Maintain lead records, follow\-up details, and sales updates in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Build positive relationships with students and maintain professional communication.

Work Structure \& Responsibilities

This is a **100% Work From Home position**. Selected candidates can work remotely without travelling to an office.

• **Working Days:** Monday to Saturday
• **Weekly Off:** Sunday
• **Working Hours:** 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM IST
• **Break:** 1\-hour lunch \& tea break
• **Work Mode:** Remote / Work From Home
• **Daily Activities:** Lead calling, student counselling, follow\-ups, CRM updates, and sales reporting.
• **Team Coordination:** Regular online team meetings, performance reviews, and sales discussions.

The company will provide the necessary training, product knowledge, and sales guidance to help you perform your role effectively.

Eligibility \& Skills Required

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Confidence in speaking with students and explaining services.
• Basic knowledge of sales, counselling, or customer handling is preferred.
• Ability to convince, negotiate, and close sales.
• Comfortable making phone calls and following up with prospective customers.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Google Sheets / CRM tools.
• Self\-motivated and disciplined enough to work independently from home.
