We are looking for aggressive, enthusiastic and highly motivated Sales Development Executives who are ready to take ownership of lead generation and walk\-in targets.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Connect with prospective students through outbound telephone calls.
• Utilise the existing lead database effectively to maximise opportunities.
• Identify interested prospects and create strong interest in our courses.
• Convince potential students to visit the centre for career counselling.
• Conduct regular follow\-ups and ensure maximum lead engagement.
• Maintain lead data, calling remarks and follow\-up schedules.
• Track daily calling numbers, connected leads and walk\-in commitments.
• Consistently achieve assigned lead conversion and walk\-in targets.

• Excellent verbal communication and convincing abilities.
• Fearless approach towards making calls and speaking with new people.
• Strong sales mindset with a never\-give\-up attitude.
• Highly competitive and motivated by targets and achievements.
