Role Overview
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound prospecting and generate qualified meetings for our sales team. This role is focused on cold outreach, lead qualification and pipeline creation.
Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Identify and qualify prospects based on ICP and buying signals
Book qualified meetings for Account Executives
Maintain accurate activity and lead data in CRM
Follow up with prospects and nurture early\-stage leads
Consistently hit daily/weekly activity and meeting targets
Requirements
0–3 years' experience in sales, lead generation, or cold calling
Strong communication, must know Telugu and objection\-handling skills
Comfortable with high\-volume outbound outreach
Coachable, goal\-driven, and resilient
Basic CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) preferred
Nice to Have
SaaS or B2B sales experience
Experience with sales tools (Sales Navigator, Outreach, Apollo, etc.)
