Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify target companies that match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Generate high\-quality B2B leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Google, company websites and similar tools
  • Find decision\-makers and validate contact information
  • Perform cold calls to qualify prospects
  • Send personalized follow\-up emails and LinkedIn messages
  • Handle objections professionally
  • Book qualified discovery meetings
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Continuously improve lead quality and outreach performance

Required Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of outbound B2B sales or SDR experience
  • Experience selling SaaS, software, IT services, cybersecurity or technology solutions is preferred
  • Comfortable making 60\+ cold calls per day
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Experience working with UAE, GCC, UK or US markets is preferred

Candidates should have practical experience with some of the following:

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Apollo.io
  • Lusha
  • ZoomInfo
  • CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)

Experience

  • B2B marketing: 2 years (Required)
