Job Description
Responsibilities
- Research and identify target companies that match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Generate high\-quality B2B leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Google, company websites and similar tools
- Find decision\-makers and validate contact information
- Perform cold calls to qualify prospects
- Send personalized follow\-up emails and LinkedIn messages
- Handle objections professionally
- Book qualified discovery meetings
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Continuously improve lead quality and outreach performance
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of outbound B2B sales or SDR experience
- Experience selling SaaS, software, IT services, cybersecurity or technology solutions is preferred
- Comfortable making 60\+ cold calls per day
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Experience working with UAE, GCC, UK or US markets is preferred

- Apollo.io
- Lusha
- ZoomInfo
- CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
