• *Key Responsibilities**

• Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, databases, and networking.
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and outbound prospecting.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information.
• Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
• Conduct high\-volume cold calls to potential clients.
• Follow up consistently to nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimise outreach strategies.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation \& revenue targets.
• Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities.

• *Requirements**

• 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or tele\-sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Confident, self\-motivated, and results\-oriented mindset.

• *Preferred Skills**

• Experience in sales, primarily Domestic market and then International.
• Strong LinkedIn outreach and email prospecting experience.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
