Sales Development Representative

• *Qualifications \& Experience**

1–3 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, SDR, BDR, or inside sales.

Prior experience with similar ICPs, preferably in B2B SaaS, cloud technology, IT services, HRTech, or enterprise software.

Experience in outbound prospecting for Indian and/or US markets.

Hands\-on experience with cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and CRM tools.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and lead qualification skills.

Ability to engage decision\-makers, understand customer requirements, and consistently achieve sales targets.

Willingness to work in a US\-aligned shift when assigned to the international market.

• *Key Responsibilities**

Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other outbound channels.

Identify and engage potential customers across domestic and international markets. l

Connect with decision\-makers, including CEOs, Founders, HR Heads, CIOs, CTOs, COOs, and Operations Leaders.

Understand customer pain points and qualify prospects based on ICP, business requirements, and buying intent.

Schedule qualified product demos and meetings for the Account Executive or sales team.

Maintain accurate prospect details, outreach activities, follow\-ups, and lead status in the CRM.

Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline through structured follow\-ups and multichannel outreach.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for outreach, qualified meetings, and sales opportunities.

Collaborate with the Data Research and Sales teams to improve targeting, conversion rates, and pipeline quality.

• *Preferred Candidate** A target\-driven sales professional with strong outbound prospecting skills, experience selling B2B technology solutions to similar ICPs, and the ability to engage prospects in Indian and US markets

Pay: Up to ₹600,000\.00 per year
