Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results\-driven **SDR** to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in **US sales** and a proven track record in **cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals**. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospects, pitching our solutions, and driving revenue growth.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Conduct **high\-volume cold calls** to prospective clients in the US market.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential customers.
  • **Build and maintain strong relationships** with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • **Meet or exceed sales targets** by closing deals independently.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and opportunities in CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
  • *Requirements**

✅ **Fluent English communication skills** – verbal and written.

✅ 1\-3 yrs experience in **US Sales / International Sales**.

✅ Proven ability to handle **cold calling \& deal closures**.

✅ Comfortable working in **night shifts (US shift)**.

✅ Self\-motivated, goal\-oriented, and able to thrive in a target\-driven environment.

  • *Nice to Have**
  • Experience working in **B2B SaaS / IT Services / International Sales**.
  • Familiarity with **CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)**.
