About the Role
Revv Growth is a B2B demand generation and account\-based marketing (ABM) agency working with high\-growth SaaS and technology companies. As an SDR Intern, you will be responsible for identifying, researching, and engaging Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) accounts to build a consistent pipeline of qualified sales conversations. This is a hands\-on role suited to someone who wants to build a strong foundation in B2B outbound sales, account\-based prospecting, and CRM\-driven sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
\- Research and identify ICP\-fit accounts (B2B SaaS/technology companies) using tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and build targeted prospect lists aligned to defined account and persona criteria.
\- Conduct market and competitor research within the SaaS and marketing agency landscape to inform outreach strategy and messaging.
\- Execute multi\-channel outbound outreach \- cold calls, LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels to engage prospective accounts.
\- Consistently generate a minimum of 10 qualified meetings per month with ICP\-fit prospects.
\- Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date CRM records, ensuring timely follow\-ups and clean pipeline hygiene.
\- Support the sales team with proposal documentation and sales data/reporting.
\- Continuously test and propose new outbound strategies, messaging angles, and channels to improve conversion and response rates.
What We're Looking For
\- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive outreach.
\- Comfort with (or eagerness to learn) prospecting and sales engagement tools such as Apollo, Clay, Sales Navigator, and CRM platforms.
\- A research\-oriented mindset, able to quickly assess whether a company and persona fit a given target profile.
\- Self\-motivated and target\-driven, with the discipline to manage a high\-volume outbound cadence independently.
\- Interest in B2B SaaS, marketing, or sales as a long\-term career path.
