Sales Development Representative (SDR)

• *Job Description:**

We are looking for goal\-oriented candidates to identify potential research clients, qualify leads, initiate conversations, and schedule follow\-ups to support the company's sales process.

• *Responsibilities:**

• Contact prospective clients through outbound calls.
• Understand client requirements and introduce relevant services.
• Qualify leads based on their needs and interest.
• Maintain lead databases and follow\-up records.
• Coordinate with the sales team to support conversions.

• *Requirements:**

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales development or lead generation preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and lead\-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and a target\-oriented approach.

• *Salary:** ₹10,000–₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
• *Working Hours:** 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
