Sales & Dispatch Executive

1\. Sales Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and sales orders.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
• Coordinate with customers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
• Process sales orders accurately in the system.
• Maintain customer records and sales reports.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for payments and outstanding dues.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.

2\. Dispatch Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily dispatch activities.
• Prepare delivery challans, invoices, e\-way bills, and other dispatch documents.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and packing teams for material readiness.
• Arrange transportation and communicate delivery schedules.
• Verify material quantity, quality, and item details before dispatch.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Maintain dispatch records and update delivery status.
• Handle delivery\-related issues and customer complaints.

3\. Coordination \& Reporting

• Coordinate with sales, stores, production, accounts, and logistics teams.
• Monitor pending orders and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare daily sales and dispatch reports.
• Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records.
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.

4\. Required Skills

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems.
• Strong organizational and time\-management skills.
• Accuracy in documentation and data entry.
• Problem\-solving and customer\-handling abilities.

5\. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Timely order processing and dispatch.
• On\-time delivery percentage.
• Order and documentation accuracy.
• Customer satisfaction.
• Reduction in dispatch errors and pending orders.

Job Title: Sales \& Dispatch Executive

Department: Sales \& Logistics

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Education: Graduate or Diploma, preferably in Commerce, Business Administration, or Logistics.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
