Sales Engineer

• *About the Role**

We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and result\-oriented Sales Engineer –

Project Sales to join our growing team.

The role involves developing business through MEP Consultants, Builders,

Plumbing Contractors, Developers, and Project Consultants, along with

promoting and selling our range of plumbing valves and related products.

Fresh BE/B.Tech graduates with a strong interest in technical sales are

welcome. Comprehensive product and sales training will be provided.

For experienced candidates, prior experience and an established network within the

Builder / MEP / Plumbing Contractor industry will be highly preferred.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and maintain relationships with MEP/Plumbing Consultants,Builders, Contractors, Developers, and Project Decision\-Makers.
• Conduct technical/product presentations and work towards securing product and brand approvals from consultants.
• Identify new project opportunities and generate leads through market visits,networking, references, and industry contacts.
• Visit builders, MEP/plumbing consultants, plumbing contractors, and project sites regularly.
• Promote and sell the company's plumbing valves and related products. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new accounts.
• Follow up on approved projects and convert project enquiries into orders.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
• Coordinate with the Mumbai back\-office team for quotations, order
• processing, documentation, and customer support.
• Coordinate with technicians/plumbers to assist in resolving occasional
• product/service\-related issues.
• Monitor project progress, competitor activities, market trends, and customer
• requirements.
• Support new product launches and development of new sales territories.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Pay: ₹400,000\.00 \- ₹700,000\.00 per year
