• **Position:** Sales Engineer
• **Department:** Sales \& Marketing
• **Location:** Metoda GIDC, Rajkot, Gujarat
• **Qualification:** Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration, or a related engineering field
• **Experience:** 1–3 years preferred; freshers with strong technical and communication skills may apply
• **Employment Type:** Full\-Time, On\-Site

\_ **Key Responsibilities**\_

• Generate new business leads and develop sales opportunities in the industrial refrigeration and HVAC sector.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable refrigeration and cooling solutions.
• Handle inquiries related to Water Chillers, Water Coolers, Dehumidifiers, Refrigerated Air Dryers, Panel Air Conditioners, Oil Chillers, and other industrial cooling products.
• Prepare techno\-commercial quotations, proposals, and product presentations.
• Follow up on inquiries and quotations to convert prospects into confirmed orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers, dealers, consultants, and business partners.
• Coordinate with design, production, purchase, and service departments for smooth order execution.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain sales reports, customer records, inquiry trackers, and sales forecasts.
• Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Technical understanding of refrigeration, HVAC, or industrial equipment.
• Ability to understand customer needs and suggest appropriate technical solutions.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, email, and sales reporting.
• Strong follow\-up, problem\-solving, and relationship\-management abilities.
• A proactive, target\-oriented, and professional approach to work.
• Willingness to learn new products and develop technical sales expertise.
