Job Description

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for calibration services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Visit clients to understand calibration requirements and provide suitable service solutions.
  • Promote calibration services, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and calibration packages.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
  • Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
  • Coordinate with the Calibration Laboratory and Operations Team for service scheduling and timely execution.
  • Ensure timely collection of Purchase Orders (POs), work orders, and customer approvals.
  • Coordinate with the Accounts Department for payment follow\-up and outstanding collections.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, quotations, and sales reports in the CRM system.
  • Conduct regular market surveys and competitor analysis.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt support and effective communication.
  • Represent the company during client meetings, exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events

Pay: ₹20,707\.15 \- ₹31,274\.25 per month
