Sales Engineer

• **Job Summary***

Yoosha Ergonomics Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and customer\-focused **Sales Engineer** to support business development, quotation management, project coordination, order execution, and customer relationship management. The role involves working closely with customers, channel partners, and internal teams to provide technical and commercial support, ensure timely order execution, and contribute to achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical aptitude, commercial understanding, and excellent coordination skills.

• **Key Responsibilities:***

• Prepare and coordinate quotations based on customer requirements, specifications, and approved pricing.
• Provide product pricing, lead\-time information, delivery updates, and project\-related support to customers, channel partners, and the sales team.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions in coordination with internal teams.
• Review and process Purchase Orders (POs) by verifying specifications, quantities, pricing, and commercial terms.
• Monitor order status and coordinate with Production, Planning, Projects, Logistics, and other departments to ensure timely execution and delivery.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and ongoing projects.
• Communicate regularly with customers regarding project progress, delivery schedules, and order updates.
• Coordinate resolution of customer queries, complaints, and post\-delivery concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders, project status, and customer interactions.
• Support sales growth through proactive customer engagement and relationship management.

• **Qualifications \& Requirements***

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• **B.Tech / BE candidates are encouraged to apply.**
• **Minimum 2 years of experience** in Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, Sales Support, Project Coordination, Order Management, or related functions.
• Experience in the **furniture, manufacturing, interiors, construction, engineering, or related industries** will be preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Good understanding of quotations, pricing, customer handling, and order processing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross\-functional teams.
• Candidates residing near **Pallikkal, Kondotty, Malappuram, Kozhikode**, or nearby locations, or willing to commute daily, will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
