*Qualification:** B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation
*Experience:**

B.E. candidates: 1–2 years of industrial sales experience
Diploma candidates: 2–3 years of industrial sales experience

The company represents leading international and Indian brands, providing industrial tools, assembly solutions, measuring instruments, and warehouse storage solutions to manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
Conduct customer visits and build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Generate sales enquiries and identify customer requirements in industrial and manufacturing environments.
Understand production challenges and recommend suitable technical products and solutions.
Prepare technical and commercial quotations, conduct product presentations, and demonstrate products to customers.
Handle price negotiations, close sales orders, and follow up on payments.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, engineering, logistics, and principal company teams.

Required Skills

Strong technical knowledge and interest in industrial products.
Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to generate leads, develop customer relationships, and close sales.
Target\-oriented approach with strong customer\-handling skills.
Willingness to travel extensively and conduct field visits.

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates with experience in industrial tools, industrial equipment, B2B technical sales, racking and shelving, or warehouse storage solutions will be preferred.
