Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and target\-oriented Doctor Acquisition Executive to expand our network of healthcare professionals in Thane and nearby areas. The role involves meeting doctors, clinics, and hospitals, explaining the benefits of our platform, and successfully onboarding them.
Key Responsibilities
\* Identify and approach doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare centers across Thane and surrounding regions.
\* Promote the platform and communicate its benefits to healthcare professionals.
\* Register and onboard doctors onto the platform by collecting required details and documents.
\* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and clinic staff.
\* Conduct regular field visits, presentations, and follow\-up meetings.
\* Achieve monthly doctor onboarding and registration targets.
\* Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, registrations, and follow\-ups.
\* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and activation.
\* Gather market feedback and competitor insights.

\* Graduate in any discipline.
\* 1–5 years of experience in healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, hospital marketing, doctor engagement, or business development.
\* Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship management skills.
\* Comfortable with field sales and local travel within Thane and nearby areas.
\* Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
