Accor London South Bank hotel cluster enjoys a prime location close to London’s dynamic financial district and many of the city’s iconic cultural attractions. The portfolio includes six hotels across four distinct brands; ibis, ibis Styles, Mercure and Novotel, offering a total of 1,146 guest rooms.
The cluster also features 26 versatile meeting and event spaces, accommodating up to 100 delegates, alongside 6 diverse food and beverage outlets, providing excellent opportunities to host meetings, events, and corporate gatherings.
We're looking for a dynamic and results\-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Kochi, India. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets across multiple market segments. As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of our organization to clients, combining strategic thinking with hands\-on execution to deliver exceptional results and foster long\-term partnerships.
- Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities through strategic outreach, networking, and market research
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of existing and new accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and account growth
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions
- Prepare and present professional proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements tailored to client requirements
- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and site visits to maximize conversion rates and strengthen partnerships
- Maintain accurate and organized CRM records, ensuring all client interactions and sales pipeline activities are properly documented
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify emerging opportunities and stay ahead of the curve
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management with transparency and analytical insight
- Achieve or exceed individual and team revenue targets, conversion rates, and client satisfaction goals
- Support marketing initiatives, trade shows, and networking events to increase brand visibility and generate leads
- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure seamless client experiences and successful project delivery
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in a corporate environment, preferably in business\-to\-business (B2B) sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with keen attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team\-oriented environment
- Self\-motivated and results\-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service
- Proven track record of managing sales pipelines, negotiating deals, and closing sales
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with the ability to make decisive decisions
- Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and sales tools
- Experience with sales forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Preferred: Experience in account management or territory management
- Preferred: Familiarity with sales automation tools and digital sales platforms
