About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results\-driven **Sales Executive** with proven experience in selling **accounting services** to businesses. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in the **Pacific Time Zone** and be available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting.
• Sell accounting, bookkeeping, tax, payroll, and related financial services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and follow\-up meetings.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM.

Requirements

• Proven experience selling accounting, bookkeeping, CPA, or outsourced finance services.
• Experience working with clients in the US market is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently during Pacific Time Zone business hours.
• Immediate availability to join.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling to small and medium\-sized businesses (SMBs).
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
