Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential leads for blown film plants and recycling machinery through digital platforms, industry networks, and database research.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct technical discussions with prospective clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable machinery solutions.
- Handle inbound enquiries from platforms such as IndiaMART and TradeIndia with structured follow\-up.
- Coordinate factory visits and machine demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Prepare techno\-commercial proposals, quotations, and pricing offers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close high\-value machinery sales.
- Address customer objections and technical queries effectively.
- Maintain regular follow\-ups to maximize lead conversion.
- Develop and maintain long\-term relationships with industrial clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
Required Skills \& Competencies
- Strong understanding of B2B technical sales.
- Experience in capital goods, industrial machinery, or equipment sales preferred.
- Ability to independently negotiate and close high\-ticket\-value deals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple business\-oriented manner.
- Results\-driven mindset with a strong focus on revenue generation and closures.
- Self\-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.
Educational Qualification
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Required
- 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B Technical Sales.
- Prior experience in industrial machinery, capital goods, plastic processing machinery, packaging machinery, or related sectors will be preferred.
Languages Required

- Salary: As per industry standards, based on experience and qualifications.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in industrial machinery sales.
- Exposure to plastic processing, extrusion, recycling, packaging, or manufacturing industries.
- Experience handling IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other lead generation platforms.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.
- Comfortable interacting with factory owners, plant heads, purchase managers, and decision\-makers.
