About the Role

A renowned 5\-star hotel in Gorakhpur is looking for a dynamic, customer\-focused, and result\-oriented **Sales Executive** to join its Sales \& Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the hotel’s rooms, banquet facilities, conference halls, and other hospitality services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate, travel, hospitality, and event management sectors.
• Generate leads and acquire clients for room bookings, corporate stays, conferences, weddings, and social events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and local businesses.
• Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, and property visits.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Follow up on enquiries, prepare quotations, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Coordinate with the Front Office, Food \& Beverage, Banquet, and Marketing teams to ensure excellent guest service.
• Maintain client databases, sales reports, and regular follow\-up records.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline; a degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Sales \& Marketing will be an advantage.
• Prior experience in hotel sales, hospitality, corporate sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong client\-handling and relationship\-management abilities.
• Target\-oriented, proactive, and professionally presentable.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools.
• Candidates with a strong local business network in Gorakhpur will be preferred.
