Sales Executive – Civil \& Geotechnical Engineering

AES Group is looking for a dynamic, target\-oriented Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, develop client relationships, promote company services and convert project enquiries into confirmed orders.

1\. Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction, infrastructure and industrial sectors.
• Visit construction companies, builders, contractors, consultants and industrial clients.
• Generate leads through cold calling, client visits, LinkedIn, IndiaMART and other platforms.
• Promote AES services, including:
• Guniting and Shotcreting
• Soil Nailing and Soil Stabilization
• Rock Anchoring and SDA Anchors
• Structural Retrofitting
• Waterproofing
• Micropiling
• Rockfall Protection and Netting
• Gabion Wall Construction
• Industrial and Trimix Flooring
• Meet civil contractors, project managers, consultants and purchase departments.
• Understand client requirements and collect project details, BOQs and drawings.
• Coordinate with the estimation department for quotations and commercial proposals.
• Follow up on submitted quotations and negotiate with clients.
• Develop relationships with existing and new customers.
• Handle client meetings and site visits.
• Coordinate with the technical and project teams for project execution requirements.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and generate confirmed orders.
• Maintain customer databases, sales pipelines and daily activity reports.

2\. Job Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; Civil Engineering preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales or business development experience preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may apply.
• Good communication in English, Hindi and Marathi.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Email.
• Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship\-building skills.
• Knowledge of civil construction and infrastructure projects is an advantag

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹34,000\.00 per month
