Job Title: Sales Executive – Pharma Telecalling

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Sales Executive to promote our pharmaceutical products through telecalling. The candidate will be responsible for generating new PCD franchise inquiries, maintaining relationships with existing clients, explaining product offerings, and supporting sales growth across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to doctors, distributors, stockists, and PCD franchise prospects.
Generate and qualify leads for PCD Pharma Franchise opportunities.
Explain product portfolios, promotional schemes, and business benefits to clients.
Follow up on inquiries and convert them into business opportunities.
Maintain customer records and sales activities in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with dispatch, accounts, and marketing teams for smooth order processing.
Build long\-term relationships with customers and franchise partners.
Achieve monthly sales and calling targets.
Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
Required Skills
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and PCD business.
Telecalling and lead generation experience preferred.
Good negotiation and relationship\-building abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software.
Ability to work in a target\-driven environment.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000\.00 per month
