AR Digital Technology Pvt. Ltd. is a growing digital marketing and technology company providing services in Digital Marketing, Website Development, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Branding, Graphic Design, AI Automation, and Business Growth Solutions.
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated **Sales Executives** who are passionate about sales, business development, and building long\-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, and online lead generation.
- Contact prospective clients and present the company's digital marketing and technology services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project handover.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, sales activities, and follow\-ups using the company's CRM or reporting system.
- Submit daily and weekly sales activity reports to the reporting manager.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and networking events.
Eligibility CriteriaEducation
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Graduation in any discipline is preferred.
Experience
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Relationship Management, or Field Sales will be an advantage.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic negotiation and client relationship management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Self\-motivated with a positive and result\-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a target\-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings when required.
