Job Title: Sales Executive – CRM/ERP/SAP SolutionsJob Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and target\-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our CRM, ERP, and SAP solutions to businesses. The ideal candidate will understand enterprise software solutions, identify potential clients, and manage the end\-to\-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
1\. Business Development \& Lead Generation
Identify and approach potential clients across industries for CRM, ERP, and SAP solutions.
Build a strong pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
2\. Sales \& Product Presentation
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for decision\-makers.
Explain technical features and business benefits of CRM, ERP, and SAP products in simple terms.
Prepare and present customized proposals and quotations.
3\. Relationship Management
Build and maintain long\-term relationships with clients.
Act as a trusted advisor for clients on software adoption and business process improvement.
Handle client queries and provide post\-sale support coordination with technical teams.
4\. Targets \& Reporting
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in CRM.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management.
5\. Coordination with Teams
Work closely with technical consultants, pre\-sales, and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Provide feedback to product and marketing teams on customer requirements and market trends.
Skills \& Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience in B2B software sales, preferably in CRM, ERP, or SAP solutions.
Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise software solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to explain complex software solutions in simple terms.
Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and sales tracking software.
