About the Role

Vasani Polymers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and customer\-focused **Sales Executive / Customer Support Executive** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating sales activities, preparing quotations, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for order confirmation.
• Coordinate with the sales, production, dispatch, and accounts teams.
• Process sales orders and ensure timely execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide prompt after\-sales support.
• Maintain customer records using MS Excel and ERP/CRM systems.
• Support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc., MBA preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or Customer Service.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Experience in the PVC Pipe, Building Materials, Manufacturing, Hardware, or Construction industry will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
• Good coordination and follow\-up abilities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
