Job Summary

Motivational Gifts is looking for a proactive and customer\-focused **CRM Executive / Sales Coordinator/ Sales Executive** to manage customer inquiries, sales follow\-ups, quotations, and order coordination across multiple channels including WhatsApp, Odoo CRM, Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and Meta.

You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring quick responses, smooth order processing, and excellent customer service while working closely with the Design and Dispatch teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and update leads in Odoo CRM.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, website chat, and social media.
  • Call new leads and follow up on existing inquiries.
  • Prepare and send quotations.
  • Follow up on pending quotations and abandoned carts.
  • Coordinate with the Design Team for artwork approvals.
  • Coordinate with the Dispatch Team to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Keep customers updated throughout the order process.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and daily sales updates.
  • Support WhatsApp Community engagement and promotional broadcasts.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Sales Coordination.
  • Experience with CRM software (Odoo preferred).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Strong follow\-up and negotiation skills.
  • Good organizational and time\-management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast\-paced environment.
  • Experience in e\-commerce, gifting, or retail is an added advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Respond to customer inquiries within **10 minutes**.
  • Respond to Meta comments and messages within **1 hour**.
  • Send a minimum of **1 quotation per day**.
  • Complete at least **5 quality sales follow\-ups per day**.
  • Close a minimum of **1 sale per day**.
  • Ensure 100% CRM updates in real time.
  • Complete daily reporting before end of day.
