Sales Executive – B2B Marketplaces (IndiaMART & Alibaba)

• *Role Overview:**

We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive with hands\-on experience managing leads and closing sales through **IndiaMART** and **Alibaba** platforms. The ideal candidate understands B2B marketplace dynamics, buyer behavior, and how to convert inbound inquiries into confirmed orders.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage and respond to buyer inquiries on IndiaMART and Alibaba promptly and professionally
• Convert leads into sales through effective follow\-up, negotiation, and relationship\-building
• Maintain and optimize company profiles/catalogs on both platforms for maximum visibility
• Track inquiry\-to\-order conversion rates and report performance regularly
• Coordinate with the operations/logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Build long\-term relationships with domestic and international buyers
• Stay updated on platform features, algorithm changes, and best practices for lead generation

• *Required Skills \& Experience:**

• Proven experience handling IndiaMART and/or Alibaba seller accounts
• Strong communication skills (spoken and written English; additional languages a plus)
• Good negotiation and follow\-up skills
• Basic understanding of export/import documentation (preferred, not mandatory)
• Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and email for lead management
• Self\-motivated with a target\-driven mindset

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

• Nagla Charandas, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
